Gutters For Hickory Knob Homes in Rincon, GA
Hickory Knob is still building. If your new home came with few gutters or none, this is the cheapest time to add them.
A Neighborhood Still Being Built
Hickory Knob is inside Rincon city limits and still growing. The city approved Phase 12 in 2020 and Phase 13 in 2022, and Keystone Homes is building here with about 15 floor plans, from roughly 1,400 to 3,000 square feet. The builder’s published specs list vinyl siding and 3-tab shingles. They do not list gutters.
That does not mean your house has none. It means you should ask before closing what is included. If the answer is a few runs over the doors or nothing at all, we add a full system after you move in. Gutters for a new home are one of the cheapest ways to protect it in the first few years.

New Sod, New Beds, Bare Dirt
A new house has fresh sod and new beds right up against the foundation, and nothing has rooted in yet. Without gutters, every storm pours off the eaves in a line and digs a trench right where the beds are. It splashes mud up onto the vinyl and soaks the ground beside the slab.
Gutters catch that water. Downspouts that clear the slab carry it out to where the lawn can take it. On lots here, which run from about a fifth of an acre to just under half, there is not a lot of extra room, so placement matters.

Gutter Services in Rincon
One crew handles all of it, from a single leaking corner to a full commercial system. Every job starts with a visit and a written estimate.
Request a Free EstimatePrivacy Fences And Covered Patios
Many Hickory Knob homes have privacy fences and a covered patio out back. The patio roof usually drains right where you sit, and the fence limits where a back downspout can go. We look at both. A small gutter on the patio roof and a downspout routed along the fence to a corner that drains will keep the patio dry and keep water from pooling against the posts.
Some backyards back up to woods. Those homes get more leaves and needles in the back gutters, and gutter guards can save you a lot of cleanups.
Solar Roofs
Some homes here have solar panels. Panels close to the eave make it harder to get at the gutter. We work from below and keep weight off the panels and their wiring. If you are planning to add panels, putting gutters on first makes both jobs easier.
Hickory Knob has an HOA, so if it reviews exterior changes, your estimate will list color and size for the application. Start on our home page or call for a free estimate.

Questions We Hear a Lot
Does My New Keystone Home Come With Gutters?
Ask your builder rep before closing. The published specs we found list the siding and shingles but do not mention gutters. If they are not included, or only partly, we can add them after you move in.
Can You Work Around Solar Panels?
Yes. Panels near the eave can make the gutter edge harder to reach. We work from the ladder below and do not walk on or lean on the panels.
How Soon After Closing Can I Add Gutters?
Any time. The sooner the better, before the first few storms start washing out new sod and beds along the foundation.
